Reservation Process
- Room reservation cut-off date: Tuesday 27 May 2025.
- Hotel online reservation system: https://book.passkey.com/go/ICACAnnualConference2025
- Hotel bookings for the ICAC Conference can only be accessed via the link provided. Any bookings made directly through the hotel website or via telephone will not receive the special discounted conference rate and will not be counted as part of the conference delegation.
Special Room Rates
- Room Rate (for the period 16 – 21 June 2025): US$199 + 13% Room Tax per person/per room/per day.
- Destination Amenity Fee: US$25 plus tax, plus applicable taxes, will be added to the guest room rate. This fee will cover several in-room amenities, which at the time of check-in will include:
- Daily Dining Credit of $25.00 per room per night, credit is not cumulative during stay and must be a room charge to apply. This credit is redeemable at Gold Coast Kitchen + Cocktails and a La Carte (in-room dining).
- Two Bike Rentals, up to two (2) hours per room, per stay
- Daily 1 hour use of pool table or ping pong for two (2) guests
- Daily Enhanced Hi-Speed Internet Access
- Breakfast, lunch and dinner are provided by the Conference only on the official conference days and during the conference programme. Any meals outside of this will be for the delegate’s account.
