Dear Prospective Delegate:
The anticipation continues to grow ahead of ICAC 2025. We gather at the Miami Marriott Biscayne Bay from 17-20 June 2025. Registration is now open, and all pertinent details for completing and submitting your registration are contained below.
The ICAC thanks you for your interest in attending our 42nd Annual Caribbean Conference being hosted in Miami, Fl - a melting pot of diversity, business, commerce, and culture. We urge you to review the below information prior to commencing and submitting your registration.
- Conference rates and options will only appear once you have completed the membership details section
- Package options include: Full package, Add-ons only (covering social events)
- If you are registering an accompanying person, please be sure to add the person’s name to the registration.
FOR YOUR SECURITY AND EASE OF PAYMENT:
- Our online credit card processing is being facilitated by WiPay. Once a credit card is selected as the option for payment, a payment link will be emailed to you within 24-48 hours for settlement of your conference fees. Delivery times for these links will vary as we get closer to the event, depending on the volume of registrations being processed. Please be patient with us. Links are being sent in order of receipt of registrations.
In light of security checks in place with most banks to protect you against potential fraud, we recommend that BEFORE you make your online payment, please contact your bank to first authorize your payment to ICAC. This will ensure that your payment is processed by your bank and not declined for verification.

- Submitted conference registrations cannot be edited via our website. Any required changes or cancellation must be communicated via email to the Secretariat. This includes but is not limited to adding a social event, adding/deleting another activity, or adding an accompanying person.
