**Full package Conference fees cover ALL conference sessions, coffee breaks, breakfast, lunch and the evening social events on conference days only - which are 18, 19 and 20 June, 2025. Meals and any incidentals outside of these dates are for the account of the delegate.**

Dear Prospective Delegate:

The anticipation continues to grow ahead of ICAC 2025. We gather at the Miami Marriott Biscayne Bay from 17-20 June 2025. Registration is now open, and all pertinent details for completing and submitting your registration are contained below.

The ICAC thanks you for your interest in attending our 42nd Annual Caribbean Conference being hosted in Miami, Fl - a melting pot of diversity, business, commerce, and culture. We urge you to review the below information prior to commencing and submitting your registration.

  1. Conference rates and options will only appear once you have completed the membership details section
  2. Package options include: Full package, Add-ons only (covering social events)
  3. If you are registering an accompanying person, please be sure to add the person’s name to the registration.

FOR YOUR SECURITY AND EASE OF PAYMENT:

  1. We are using a new credit card payment system for registrations. It works like any other eTicketing platform. Once a credit card is selected as the option for payment, you will be required to click the link https://eboxtickets.com/home  to be taken to the payment website. You will be required to enter a username (email address) and password; click on 'Events' where you will see the ICAC Conference listed as an event. When you click on it, the ticket options will come up and you can select the appropriate one/s, and pay accordingly *. You will then be issued a virtual ticket with a QR code confirming your registration when your payment goes through.
     
    *A 5% booking fee will be added to the ticket cost. The fee is applied by the platform provider to cover overheads incurred with each transaction. 

In light of security checks in place with most banks to protect you against potential fraud, we recommend that BEFORE you make your online payment, please contact your bank to first authorize your payment to ICAC.  This will ensure that your payment is processed by your bank and not declined for verification.

Payments made via credit card for groups or individuals other than the credit card holder must be supported by an email to This email address is being protected from spambots. Group wire transfer confirmations must also include a list of names for reconciliation purposes.

  1. Submitted conference registrations cannot be edited via our website. Any required changes or cancellation must be communicated via email to the Secretariat. This includes but is not limited to adding a social event, adding/deleting another activity, or adding an accompanying person.
