A distinguished Risk Management professional with over two decades of transformative experience across financial services, energy, and central banking. Heather has held senior roles at the Trinidad and Tobago Unit Trust Corporation and The National Gas Company of Trinidad and Tobago. Currently, she serves as the Director of Strategy, Projects and Risk Management at the Central Bank of Barbados, where she drives Strategic Planning, Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), and Project Management. She is an adjunct lecturer at a leading university in Trinidad and Tobago and facilitates the Certified Risk Management Assurance (CRMA) program for the Barbados Chapter of the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA).
