Speaker Profile

As the director of projects for the Islands Program, Rocky Mountain Institute, Christopher manages the program’s development and project delivery for a portfolio of 200 MW of renewable energy, energy efficiency and electric mobility projects across the Caribbean region. The Islands Program has successfully delivered seven of the first utility and large commercial renewable energy projects in seven separate Caribbean jurisdictions. Christopher has over 25 years of experience as an environmental professional and project manager. He earned his master’s degree in Environmental Science and Policy from Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland and a bachelor's degree in Coastal and Environmental Planning from East Carolina University in Greenville, North Carolina.
