Our Policy

Cancellation
 

If you are unable to attend the conference due to unforeseen circumstances, please inform us of your cancellation (via events@icacorg.com | communications@icacorg.com or WhatsApp +1 (980) 371-7888 | (246) 240-6111) | (868) 467-4044 no later than 4 pm AST May 21, 2026, to obtain a full refund of your registration fee less our processing fee of USD $200.00. Thereafter, no refund will be made but substitutions may be made at no extra charge.

Substitution


You may transfer your registration to another person by notifying us via events@icacorg.com, no later than May 28, 2026. Your request must include your name and e-mail address as well as that of the person who will be attending in your place.
