Cancellation & Substitution
Our Policy
Cancellation
If you are unable to attend the conference due to unforeseen circumstances, please inform us of your cancellation (via admin@icacorg.com/adminsupport@icacorg.com or phone or WhatsApp us at +1 [876] 818-1860) no later than 4 pm AST May 14, 2025, to obtain a full refund of your registration fee less our processing fee of USD $200.00. Thereafter, no refund will be made but substitutions may be made at no extra charge.
Substitution
You may transfer your registration to another person by notifying us via admin@icacorg.com, no later than May 21, 2025. Your request must include your name and e-mail address as well as that of the person who will be attending in your place.
