Aruni has more than 15 years’ experience with PwC, specialising in audits of banking, asset management, and insurance entities, including complex regional groups. Before joining PwC, she spent 12 years with another Big Four firm, working on assignments in Guyana, Trinidad and Tobago, Canada, and The Bahamas. Known for her collaborative leadership style and clear communication, she works closely with clients to develop practical solutions and meet statutory deadlines. In recent years, she has focused on using AI and digital transformation to help reshape the accounting profession while upskilling her teams in new technologies. Aruni is a Fellow of ACCA and holds an MSc in Financial Management.
