NOTICE:

We apologise for the inconvenience currently being experienced when attempting to book accommodation at the Four Points by Sheraton, Georgetown.

The Conference Planning Committee is working with the hotel to update the reservation link on their website for the conference booking window 23–29 June 2026, at the guaranteed rate of US$200 + VAT (standard room).

Until the booking platform is updated, delegates are asked to:

Book the hotel for your stay using the official accommodation link on the conference website. At the time of booking, you may not see the discounted rate. However, go ahead and secure your reservation.
Immediately after booking, email the full dates of your intended stay (including any additional nights within 23–29 June) to:
vicepresident@icag.org.gy and events@icacorg.com
ICAC/ICAG will liaise with the hotel to have your reservation adjusted to reflect your stay at the agreed discounted rate.
The hotel will then email you a confirmed reservation and booking reference number.

Please note that the discounted conference rate applies only to stays within two (2) days before and two (2) days after the conference dates, and only for the standard room category. Any additional dates outside this window, or other room types, will be charged at the hotel’s prevailing rates.

For delegates seeking an alternative option, Aiden by Best Western is also available and open for reservations for the conference period 23–29 June 2026.
