Dr. Shanti Persaud is a servant leader dedicated to empowering others through a “teach others to fish” philosophy. With more than 30 years of experience in business and banking, she is a respected expert in leadership development, corporate training, and executive coaching.

She holds a Doctorate in Transformational Leadership from Bakke Graduate University, where she serves on the Board of Regents, and founded Guyana’s first non-profit focused on values-based leadership. Dr. Persaud has also held leadership roles with the American Chamber of Commerce (Guyana), the Georgetown Chamber of Commerce, and Gideons International. Her credentials include certifications from Maxwell Leadership and the International Coaching Federation, among others. She is a devoted wife and mother of three.
