Lisa is a Fellow of CPA Canada – Province of British Columbia, Canada. Prior to her appointment at ICAB, she was an Assurance Partner with EY Caribbean, resident in Barbados.  She has enjoyed over 30 years of public accounting experience and served as engagement lead partner for companies of varying sizes and sectors in Barbados and across the Caribbean. Lisa has been a member of the Board of the International Federation of Accountants (IFAC) since 2018. She is currently the Chairman of the Audit Committee of IFAC as well as a member of other Committees of the Board. Lisa is the Chairman of the PFM Committee of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of the Caribbean (ICAC) and in the past was the alternate director for Barbados.
