With over 20 years of experience in auditing and accounting, Tracy Marshall has built a reputation for delivering exceptional quality service to large local and regional clients. Tracy servers as an Assurance Partner in EY Barbados providing professional assurance services in various industries including, banking, asset management, pension funds, retail and distribution and hospitality. Her expertise lies in ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in financial operations, coupled with a deep commitment to client satisfaction. Effective 1 July 2024, Tracy will assume the role of Country Managing Partner Barbados and Eastern Caribbean.

Throughout her career, Tracy successfully transitioned multi-jurisdictional clients to EY, seamlessly integrating new digital audit tools, processes and systems while maintaining high standards of quality. In her role at EY, she’s gained an in-depth knowledge of audits of internal controls over significant processes and financial reporting including making recommendations to management for improvements to strengthen their control environment including those in the Global Business sector. Tracy has a proven track record of identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategic solutions that optimize performance and drive sustainable growth.

Beyond her technical skills, she’s passionate about people and their development. She believes in fostering a collaborative and supportive work culture that empowers individuals to reach their full potential. As a leader, she prioritizes mentorship, training, and continuous learning, recognizing that investing in people is key to long-term success.

Tracy is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) of the UK and currently serves as the President of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Barbados (ICAB), having previously held the roles of Vice-President and Secretary on Council. She also serves as an active member of the Accounting and Auditing Standards Committee of ICAB. Tracy is a Board Member of the Barbados Private Sector Association (BPSA) and Alternate Director on the Board of Institute of Chartered Accountants of the Caribbean (ICAC).

Tracy believes in giving back to her community and spends time mentoring students in her local area as well as serving as training lead to students in Financial Literacy. A lover of sports from Formula 1 to basketball to cricket, (though not competent at any of them) she enjoys watching a good game on any given weekend with family and friends.
