Denise is a Chartered Accountant and the CEO of K.S. Chinpire Contracting Services Limited. She serves on the International Federation of Accountants (IFAC) Membership Committee and represents the Caribbean on the Professional Accountancy Organization Development and Advisory Group (PAODAG), where she contributes to strengthening and advancing Professional Accountancy Organizations (PAOs) worldwide. She is an advocate for professional accountancy development across the Caribbean, and previously served as a Director and Secretary of the ICAC where she currently serves as Advisor to the President and CEO, and is a Past President of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Trinidad and Tobago (ICATT).
