Sirpaul joined the Barbados office of PwC East Caribbean twenty years ago from Guyana, bringing with him audit and assurance experience across various industries. His primary role involves providing assurance services and digital transformation services to both public and private sector clients. As one of the first Digital Champions at PwC East Caribbean, Sirpaul has been deeply invested in the digital upskilling of the workforce. Over the past five years, he has led the adoption of key technologies such as Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, UiPath and AI. Sirpaul has designed and implemented technology solutions using Alteryx and advanced data visualization tools to automate labour-intensive and manual processes.​ He is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants​ and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Barbados​.
